RITU MAGHERA

Over 20 years of design experience has contributed to Ritu's extensive knowledge of digital solutions. As a pioneer in the UX and UI field, Ritu contributes her years of hands-on expertise to critical design thinking, strategic growth opportunities and effective design solutions. Having been the link between business expectations and technical execution, Ritu has years of collaborative resolution proficiency. By helping define the User Experience role within product teams and companies she has built numerous internal UX processes including research, ideation and design thinking workshops as well as uniquely branded UI design systems. Her vast experience consists of federal contracting, healthcare, fin-tech, encryption and security, enterprise systems and start-ups and everything in-between.

Ritu recognizes the ever changing UX/UI landscape and want to be a supportive and encouraging mentor to those in the field as well as those looking to work with UX / UI talent.
